A Company manufactures chairs. In 1994 its installed capacity was 3 lacs. Now
it doubled in 1998 and remained the same in 1999. Through 1995-1997 it was 2/3
the capacity of 1998. Capacity utilization is inversely proportional to
capacity. In all years except 1994 capacity utilization was below 100% though
