Eligibility & Qualification
- Relevant disciplines: Food Technology, Food Processing, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Post-harvest Engineering, Food Science & Nutrition, or relevant disciplines.
- Master's qualification: ME/MTech/MS/Integrated MTech/MSc/Integrated MSc/MVoc or relevant master's degree; full-time regular mode; at least 55% or equivalent grade.
- Additional essential requirement: PhD in a relevant listed discipline OR NET in the relevant subject.
- Marks relaxation: 55% to 50% at bachelor's and/or master's level for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and differently-abled candidates, as stated in the notice.
- Regulatory conditions: Relevant UGC/AICTE/NCTE minimum-qualification regulations apply.
- Engagement: Four months, purely temporary; no right to regularisation or permanent absorption.
- Employed applicants: Bring the employer's NOC.
Salary & Job Location
- Salary / stipend: ₹1,500 per lecture, capped at ₹40,000 per month; ₹800 per lecture for those already employed in a government institution, with the same cap. No other allowances.
