• BPSCL departmental candidates: Maximum 45 years. GATE 2025 qualification is still required.

Eligibility & Qualification

• Minimum degree marks: 65% aggregate for General, OBC-NCL and EWS; 55% for SC, ST and PwD.
• GATE paper: Mechanical ME, Electrical EE, Civil CE, or Control & Instrumentation IN. Check the accepted degree branches in the notice.
• Final-semester candidates: Candidates who appeared in their final semester in 2025 and are awaiting results may apply if they can produce the required degree and marks documents at verification.

Salary & Job Location

• Salary / stipend: Training pay scale ₹50,000–1,60,000 with basic pay of ₹50,000. After successful one-year training, Assistant Manager probation pay scale is ₹60,000–1,80,000.
• In-hand salary: Not stated in the official notice.
• Job location: BPSCL plant or unit as assigned; its plant and office are at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand.

Selection Process

1. DVC shortlists applicants by GATE 2025 marks out of 100.
2. Bring the GATE 2025 admit card, original scorecard and other documents to verification.
3. Selected candidates must clear the pre-employment medical examination.
