Eligibility & Qualification

• Nationality: Indian nationals
• Degree and research focus: Master's in Psychology, Sociology or Design. The notice refers to self-efficacy and evidence-based happiness interventions.
• Course development: Experience developing academic content, learning modules and course materials for a university-level Science of Happiness course.
• Psychological research: Experience conducting pre/post studies using standardised psychological assessment scales.
• Learning tools: Experience developing pedagogical content and digital tools for the Science of Happiness.
• Neuroscience exposure: Practical exposure to EEG/fNIRS-based studies, particularly happiness-research topics.
• Research skills: Experience in systematic literature reviews, research data analysis and academic writing. A minimum number of years is not specified.
• SC/ST provision: A 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to SC/ST candidates. The notice does not specify a general minimum marks percentage.
• Appointment: Contractual, renewable yearly or up to the project duration, whichever is earlier. The project runs up to 26 January 2030; this is not a guaranteed appointment until that date.
• Project: Rekhi Mind Lab (RP04944N), funded by Rekhi Happiness Academy LLP.

Salary & Job Location

• Salary / stipend: Rs 30,000 per month, consolidated. Pay for a selected retired/superannuated government employee will be fixed under prevailing IRD norms.
