Eligibility & Qualification

• Preferred experience: Railway OHE, power supply, SCADA, E&M or electrical utility diversion.
• Grade conversion: Use the university's conversion rules and supporting certificate. Where none exist, the notice treats 6 on a 10-point scale as 60%, with proportionate conversion for other scales. Do not round off percentages.
• Contract term: Initially 18 months subject to satisfactory performance; a further one-year extension may be considered. Employment is project-linked and gives no right to regular absorption.

Salary & Job Location

• Salary / stipend: Fixed consolidated pay of Rs 60,000 per month; 5% increment after each completed year. Other benefits and deductions follow the notice; no additional allowances beyond the stated terms.
• Job location: Northeast Frontier Railway projects under Lumding and Tinsukia divisions. Interview venues are Kolkata and Guwahati, not posting choices.

Selection Process

1. Register at the relevant walk-in venue within the stated hours.
2. Present original eligibility and experience documents for checking.
3. Attend the interview if found eligible; follow IRCON's subsequent instructions.

2. Prepare the A4 application in the format attached to the notice. Take degree and all mark sheets, DOB proof, chronological experience certificates and applicable category/relaxation documents.
3. For current employment, take the last two months' salary slips as well as the required experience evidence; an offer letter alone is insufficient.
4. Register from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm at the scheduled venue. Keep travel plans flexible because the exercise may take more than one day.
