Age Limit

• Age cutoff date: 1 August 2026
• Minimum age: 21 years
• UR and EWS men: Maximum 35 years
• EBC-I and BC-II men: Maximum 37 years
• Women in UR, EWS, EBC-I and BC-II: Maximum 38 years
• SC and ST candidates: Maximum 40 years
• Persons with benchmark disabilities: 10 years' additional relaxation, subject to the official certificate rules
• Ex-servicemen: 5 years' additional relaxation, subject to the official certificate rules
• Eligible working Para Teachers: Relaxation equal to the qualifying contract-service period, with the maximum age accepted up to 58 years, subject to the brochure conditions

Eligibility & Qualification

• Classes 1–5 post: Applicable 10+2 or equivalent and elementary or special-education teacher-training qualification, plus the required teacher eligibility test route stated in the brochure
• Classes 6–8 posts: Relevant subject degree and applicable B.Ed or other approved teacher-training qualification, plus the required teacher eligibility test route stated in the brochure
• Para Teacher service: At least two years of continuous service under Jharkhand Education Project Council as on the advertisement publication date
• Qualification reference date: Required qualification must be completed by the last date of online application
• Subject eligibility: Appointment eligibility is limited to the subject or subject group in which the candidate qualifies the teacher eligibility test

Salary & Job Location

• Salary / stipend: Classes 1–5: Pay Level 4, ₹25,500–81,100. Classes 6–8: Pay Level 5, ₹29,200–92,300.

1. Read Notice No. 02 and the regular and backlog vacancy brochures before registering.
2. Open the official JTAACCE-2026 application portal and complete registration by 18 October 2026.
3. Select the regular advertisement, backlog advertisement, or both according to your eligibility; one application is used for the combined examination.
4. Upload the required photo and signature by 22 October 2026.
5. Wait for JSSC's separate fee-payment notice and follow only the official payment schedule.
6. If required, correct permitted details between 23 and 24 October 2026. Candidate name, date of birth, email address and mobile number cannot be changed in this window.
