Eligibility & Qualification
- Qualification: Full-time degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-recognised university or institute
- Degree-holder experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
- Diploma-holder experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Contract period: Initially 1 year, extendable by 1 more year according to KRCL requirements
Salary & Job Location
- Salary / stipend: Consolidated monthly remuneration: Rs 47,220 in A-class cities, Rs 44,300 in B-class cities or Rs 41,380 in C-class cities
- Job location: KRCL depots including Madgaon, Verna, Tokur, Ratnagiri and Chiplun, or other KRCL project locations as required
Selection Process
- Walk-in registration and application screening
- Possible group discussion, written test or other elimination round if required
- Interview by the nominated KRCL committee
- Merit based on interview, qualification and post-qualification experience
- Document and medical fitness verification before engagement
