Eligibility & Qualification
- Essential PhD: Food Technology, Food Technology & Management, or food and allied sciences, including basic sciences relevant to food science.
- Essential experience: At least one year in food processing, food regulation and/or food quality.
- Desirable exposure: Nutraceuticals, food safety/adulteration awareness, food-processing policy or ultra-processed-food issues; capacity building and policy/scheme drafting are added advantages.
- Contract period: Initially one year; extension depends on satisfactory performance and the competent authority's decision.
- Posting: Initially MoFPI, Panchsheel Bhawan, New Delhi.

- Salary / stipend: ₹58,000 plus HRA as admissible

Selection Process
