Eligibility & Qualification

• Postgraduate route: MCom/MBA (Finance), minimum 50% marks, and at least 2 years' relevant experience.
• BCom route: Minimum 50% marks and, in the notice's wording, 'at least 3 to 4 years' of relevant accounting/auditing experience. Seek NIFTEM clarification if this wording affects eligibility; do not assume the separate 2-year row overrides it.
• Required hands-on work: Managing sponsored research projects, grants or institutional accounts.
• Separate experience row: 2 years in Accounts, with knowledge of Tally and computer applications.
• Desirable skills: Tally Prime/ERP 9, PFMS, Excel/Office, GFR, GST and TDS; relevant government/university/research-organisation experience.
• Contract: 12 months, extendable based on performance and co-terminus with the institute's requirement; no right to regular or permanent appointment.
