Eligibility & Qualification

• Bachelor's route: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Production Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Postgraduate route: M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering and related branches of Mechanical Engineering, from a recognised university.
• Desirable profile: Expertise or strong interest in Design, Manufacturing, Production, Tribology or Material Science; hands-on composite design/simulation, development and testing. A first-class academic record throughout is preferred.
• Project: Uncertainty quantification of multiscale flutter analysis of composites; DRDO Aeronautics R&D Board; sanction ARDB/SP/4035/2129.
• Duration: 3 years or project completion, whichever is earlier. Extension depends on a performance review every 6 months.
• Employed candidates: Employer's NOC is required at interview.

• Salary / stipend: As per DST norms for GATE and non-GATE candidates; the notice does not state a rupee amount

Selection Process
