SBI PO 2026: Main Result and Tentative Interview Schedule
SBI's PO main-result notice shortlists candidates for Phase III under CRPD/PO/2026-27/09. The official schedule gives group exercise and interviews tentatively from 18 November 2026. Age Limit
- Base age / cutoff: 21–30 years on 1 April 2026; born from 2 April 1996 to 1 April 2005, both dates inclusive
- OBC-NCL / SC-ST: 3 years / 5 years of upper-age relaxation respectively
- PwBD: 10 years for UR/EWS; 13 for OBC; 15 for SC/ST
- Eligible ex-servicemen / commissioned officers: 5 years subject to the specified service and release conditions
- Combining relaxations: Cumulative relaxation is not available under the notice

Eligibility & Qualification
- Nationality / qualification: Eligible Indian citizens; recognised graduation or equivalent by 30 September 2026. Listed medical, engineering, Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant qualifications are also covered by the notice
- Final-year / integrated degree applicants: Provisional applicants had to produce proof of passing by 30 September 2026 if called for interview
- Permitted attempts: UR/EWS: 6; UR/EWS PwBD and OBC/OBC PwBD: 9; SC/ST including PwBD: no restriction. Main-exam appearance counts; preliminary appearance does not
- Reservation documents: Follow the notification's OBC-NCL, EWS, SC/ST and disability certificate requirements and their specified validity/cutoff conditions
- CIBIL corrigendum: The 1 July 2026 corrigendum removes the CIBIL clause from the original recruitment advertisement. Already registered candidates did not need to register again
Salary & Job Location
- Salary / stipend: Starting basic pay ₹48,480 plus four advance increments in JMGS-I, with applicable allowances and benefits. The notification's approximate Mumbai CTC is ₹21.97 lakh; it is not take-home salary.
- Job location: Posting may be anywhere in India
Selection Process
- Phase I preliminary examination
- Phase II main examination
- Phase III mandatory psychometric attendance, followed by group exercise and interview under SBI's instructions
- Separate qualification in Phase II and Phase III, eligibility/document verification and medical fitness for appointment
