Eligibility & Qualification

• Zonal / Regional Head: Graduate; 15 / 12 years of relevant experience respectively, including five years leading teams.
• Relationship Manager — Team Lead: Graduate; eight years of relevant relationship-management experience.
• Investment Specialist / Officer: Specified PG degree/diploma or CA/CFA; six / four years of relevant investment experience respectively.
• VP / AVP Wealth: Graduate; six / three years in relevant sales and marketing. SBI Wealth CRE candidates for AVP need four years.

Salary & Job Location

• Salary / stipend: Negotiable annual CTC; post-specific ceilings ₹27.10–97 lakh. This is not monthly take-home pay. See pages 5–6.
• Job location: SBI circles across India; posting is subject to the bank's decision.
