Age Limit

• Cutoff: 31 October 2026, the advertisement publication date
• Minimum age rule: 18 for matric-level posts; 21 for graduate-level and higher posts. The notice does not separately assign a minimum age to the paramedical diploma route.
• Unreserved men: Maximum 37 years
• BC/EBC men and women; Unreserved women: Maximum 40 years
• SC/ST men and women: Maximum 42 years

Eligibility & Qualification

• Case Worker: Graduate in law, social work, sociology, social science or psychology, with at least 3 years of work on women's issues in a government or non-government project/programme. Local candidates receive preference.
• Psycho-Social Counsellor: Graduate in psychology or neuroscience, with at least 3 years of district-level experience in government or non-government projects/programmes on women's health issues.
• Para Legal Person/Advocate: Law graduate with at least 3 years of district-level experience in government or non-government projects/programmes concerning women, or 2 years of experience pursuing cases in court.
• Para Medical Person: Professional degree/diploma in paramedics, with at least 3 years of district-level experience in government or non-government health projects/programmes.
• Experience proof: Experience certificate issued by the appointing authority is required. Government department/institution/office experience receives preference.
• Women-only posts: Case Worker, Psycho-Social Counsellor and Para Medical Person
• Reservation: Bihar reservation rules apply; reservation benefits require Bihar domicile.
• Employment terms: Case Worker and Counsellor are contractual; Para Legal and Para Medical roles are part-time. No entitlement to regularisation or government-servant status.

Salary & Job Location

• Salary / stipend: Case Worker and Psycho-Social Counsellor: Rs 22,000 per month. Part-time Para Legal and Para Medical posts: Rs 8,000 per month consolidated.

Selection Process
